Refund & Reship Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At Atlas Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and exceptional customer service. Due to the sensitive nature of research products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
All products sold by Atlas Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption.
1. All Sales Final
Because research compounds are sensitive materials and cannot be safely restocked once shipped, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Refunds, replacements, or reshipments are only considered under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund or Reship Situations
Atlas Labs may offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund if:
• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
• Your package was lost in transit
• Items were missing from your shipment
• Your package was seized by customs (international orders only, one-time reship maximum)
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Claim Requirements
To qualify for a refund or reshipment request, customers must:
• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide their order number
• Provide clear photos of:
• The shipping label
• The packaging
• The damaged or incorrect item(s)
• Provide an unboxing video if damage or missing items are claimed
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
4. Lost Packages
If tracking confirms the package was lost in transit, Atlas Labs will provide one complimentary reshipment.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” Atlas Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Reshipments for incorrectly entered addresses are the customer’s responsibility and may require additional shipping fees.
5. Customs Seizures (International Orders)
For international shipments seized by customs, Atlas Labs may offer one complimentary reshipment at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for understanding their local import laws before ordering.
Atlas Labs is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or confiscations after the replacement shipment has been sent.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or reshipments will NOT be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering by the customer
• Failure to understand product usage restrictions
• Packages marked “Delivered”
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Claims submitted outside the claim window
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement if they have not entered processing.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Atlas Labs.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Atlas Labs before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Permanent account bans
• Refusal of future service
• Submission of delivery and tracking evidence to payment processors
